When The Ritz-Carlton first expanded globally, each hotel featured the same signature dining outlets, The Café, The Lounge and The Dining Room, creating a consistent and recognizable experience no matter where guests traveled. In 1999, The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta broke tradition and took a bold step by introducing its first localized restaurant: Atlanta Grill. This pioneering move not only redefined dining within The Ritz-Carlton brand but also established a beloved culinary institution in the heart of the city.

In 2016, the restaurant underwent a thoughtful renovation, emerging with a refreshed identity as AG, a modern bar and steakhouse that continues to honor its legacy while embracing contemporary tastes. Located in downtown Atlanta, AG offers a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, where leather booths and vintage photographs invite guests to linger and savor the moment. 

The menu celebrates local and seasonal ingredients, featuring expertly grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and signature cocktails crafted with care. As a nod to its roots, AG proudly keeps one of its most cherished dishes on the menu, the Original from 1999, a salad with topped with asher blue cheese, sliced grapes, spiced pecans, malt vinaigrette, a favorite since the restaurant's inception and a timeless reminder of its culinary heritage.

For those seeking a more intimate or exclusive experience, AG also offers private dining spaces, including a chef's table, a mixology room, and a secluded booth perfect for special occasions.

Breakfast: Monday-Friday 7 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Breakfast Buffet and A La Carte Menus available Saturday-Wednesday

Brunch: Saturday 12 to 3 p.m., Sunday 1 to 3 p.m.

Lunch: Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

AG Bar: Monday-Friday 4 to 10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Dinner: Daily 5:30 to 10 p.m.
