Alexis Torres, Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, brings global experience and a passion for creativity to every dish. Starting his culinary journey at 17, he has honed his craft in kitchens from Dorado, Puerto Rico, his home country, to locations around California and Colorado, specializing in European, Latin American, Asian, and Caribbean cuisines. Mentored by renowned chefs, Chef Alexis transforms the finest local ingredients into unforgettable dining experiences. When not in the kitchen he enjoys, curling up with a good book, trying out the newest restaurants in town, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Chef Katrina Pagán brings extraordinary creativity, artistry, and cultural pride to every dish she creates. Known for her signature ‘Atlanta Peach' dessert, featuring compressed passion fruit mousse and fresh mint anglaise, she continues to inspire and mentor her team daily. Katrina is also an active member of the hotel's Community Footprints efforts, lending her time and talents to philanthropic events across Atlanta.

Breakfast: Monday-Friday 7 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Breakfast Buffet and A La Carte Menus available Saturday-Wednesday

Brunch: Saturday 12 to 3 p.m., Sunday 1 to 3 p.m.

Lunch: Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

AG Bar: Monday-Friday 4 to 10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Dinner: Daily 5:30 to 10 p.m.
